This sculpture was a portrait of my Siamese cat called Lucia. A very special little girl very dear to my heart. As a kitten her was trodden on by mistake as she ran under her breeder’s feet. She was in a coma for four hours and wasn’t expected to make it. But she did and we still wanted her. The only side effects she seemed to have was an endearing head tilt and the fact if she left the garden, she couldn’t find her way home. Luckily, she only did this twice.  She shared our life and love for nearly 12 years.
