International Delivery Rates

We ship internationally, see the list below for countries and related fees.

Please note that international shipping can get complicated by customs and other factors. If you have a problem getting your parcel we do apologise and we aim to do what we can to minimise potential issues. However we cannot guarantee flawless international shipping every time.

Importantly please be aware that while we accept returns or exchanges on international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. But if you have problems, please send us a message and we’ll do what we can to help. Please be aware that customs duties and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

EU deliveries  - Please note during the Brexit transition since 2021 that we will ship parcels to the EU and NOT charge VAT or Custom Fees.

However PLEASE NOTE - we cannot guarantee you will not be charged VAT and or Custom Fees on arrival.

Please be aware that these additional charges may apply before you order as we will not be held responsible for any fees. Also, we cannot advise as to what these fees may be for your country. 

ALSO NOTE: Delivery times to the EU - we have experienced a number of delays on our EU dispatched orders, in some cases up to 3-4 weeks. Please do keep this in mind when ordering.
